• The field of the study is optimization supply chain organization. We consider a cooperation model between manufacturer and 3PL provider. want to minimize inventory costs, transportation costs tardiness penalty costs. propose MILP models three metaheuristic resolution methods compare them. This paper presents two-stage problem at operational level involving third-party logistics provider (3PL provider). integrated consists two subproblems: An m -machine permutation flow shop with considerations for routing Both agents face in case late delivery customer locations. Assuming imperfect information sharing independence their own decisions, we investigate scenario which dominates negotiation.
